We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to join us at Hindhead Place in Surrey, which provides award-winning residential care, dementia care, nursing care and respite breaks.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operate efficiently and effectively to lead and manage the day to day running of the care home.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residents
  • Ensure the care home complies with all relevant legislation and is always of at least a good or equivalent standard as measured by the regulatory body.
  • To act as a role model leading by example in attitude, behaviour and conduct.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care.

The Successful Applicant Will Be/Have:

  • Registered Home Manager with minimum 3 years experience in a similar setting.
  • Clinical background would be preferable but not essential.
  • Proven track record working successfully in a care home. (Elderly setting).
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge of private fee pay market.
  • Knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Possess committed and organised approach.
  • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
