Home Manager Opportunity | Springvale Care Home | Lennoxtown

Salary £60,000–£65,000 + up to 40% bonus + PMI

We're now looking for a Home Manager to lead the next chapter of our journey, building on strong foundations, inspiring an exceptional team and continuing to provide outstanding nursing and dementia care for every resident.

Our previous Home Manager has recently progressed into another leadership role within Care Concern Group - a reflection of the career opportunities available across our organisation. Contract

  • £60,000–£65,000 per annum

About The Role

As Home Manager you'll have full operational responsibility for the home, leading an experienced team while ensuring every resident receives outstanding, person-centred care.

You'll be trusted to make decisions, empowered to lead your own team and supported by an experienced Regional Director and senior leadership team who believe great Home Managers deserve autonomy, not micromanagement.

You'll focus on

  • Delivering exceptional nursing and dementia care
  • Inspiring and developing your leadership team
  • Continuing to improve Care Inspectorate outcomes
  • Maintaining excellent occupancy while growing private-funded placements
  • Leading financial performance and operational excellence
  • Building trusted relationships with residents, families, regulators and local healthcare partners
  • Creating a culture where people love coming to work

About You

You're an experienced leader who understands that exceptional care begins with exceptional leadership.

Whether you're already managing a larger nursing home or you're an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step, you'll know how to bring people together around a shared vision, inspire confidence and create a culture where residents and colleagues flourish.

You'll be someone who leads with integrity, compassion and emotional intelligence, balancing high-quality care with strong operational performance. You'll be comfortable developing teams, building trusted relationships with families and professionals, managing budgets and driving continuous improvement - always keeping residents at the heart of every decision.
