Clarence House Residential Care Home

Salary: £45,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

At Clarence House Residential Care Home, we're looking for an experienced and inspirational Home Manager to lead our dedicated team and continue building a home where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Providing strong, compassionate leadership to create a positive and supportive culture.
  • Ensuring outstanding person-centred care and regulatory compliance.
  • Leading the home towards Good and Outstanding CQC outcomes.
  • Driving occupancy and building strong relationships within the local community.
  • Managing the home's financial performance and operational excellence.
  • Coaching, developing, and empowering a high-performing team.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing a residential or nursing care home.
  • A thorough understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • A proven track record of delivering excellent inspection outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and operational management experience.
  • The ability to inspire others through authentic, visible leadership.
