Home Manager

Home Manager
Greater Manchester
£55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

If you're a Home Manager who takes pride in running a good home, building strong teams and making a real difference to people's lives, this could be exactly the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Delphi Care Solutions is working with an established care provider to find an experienced Home Manager for a residential care home in the Stockport area.

The home already has a committed team in place and a positive foundation to build from. What they're looking for now is a strong leader who can bring people together, maintain high standards and continue moving the service forward.

This isn't a role where you'll be constantly looking over your shoulder or waiting for permission to make decisions. You'll be trusted to lead the home, supported by directors who understand care and genuinely value the people running their services day to day.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to take ownership of a well-established service and put your own stamp on it.

We're looking for someone who leads from the front, supports their team, builds positive relationships with families and professionals, and creates an environment where residents receive the care and dignity they deserve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
