Home Manager -MHA Greenways - Bognor Regis
Location: Greenways, Bognor Regis
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £70,980 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced, values-driven Home Manager to lead one of our MHA care homes.
This is a senior role where you’ll shape the culture, inspire your team and make sure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. You’ll be a visible, hands-on leader — creating a warm, safe and inclusive home where people can thrive.

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a senior care management role, ideally 2–3 years as a Home Manager.
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for developing people.
- Experience managing budgets, staffing, and operational performance.
- A Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards it.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong commitment to dignity, choice, independence and safeguarding.
- The flexibility to travel or support shifts when needed.

From care quality and safeguarding to people, budgets, health & safety and resident wellbeing, you’ll have overall responsibility for making your home a great place to live and work.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across MHA to drive continuous improvement and deliver a service that is safe, sustainable and centred on people.
