Registered Manager - Elderly Care

Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for your next opportunity to lead a successful care service?
I’m working with a well-established care provider who is looking for a strong and confident Home Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of their service.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the team
- Maintaining high standards of care
- Ensuring regulatory compliance
- Driving the overall performance of the home

About You
- Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care
- Experience managing a service of a similar size and client group
- Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge, ideally with a Good CQC rating
- Confident, hands-on leader with excellent people management skills
- Strong organisational, communication, and business management skills
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving standards across the service
