Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for your next opportunity to lead a successful care service?

I’m working with a well-established care provider who is looking for a strong and confident Home Manager to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of their service.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading the team
  • Maintaining high standards of care
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Driving the overall performance of the home

About You

  • Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care
  • Experience managing a service of a similar size and client group
  • Strong CQC and regulatory knowledge, ideally with a Good CQC rating
  • Confident, hands-on leader with excellent people management skills
  • Strong organisational, communication, and business management skills
  • Comfortable taking ownership and driving standards across the service
