About The Role
You’ll support the RTB/RTA Team to deliver an efficient, customer-focused service for processing Right to Buy (RTB) and Right to Acquire (RTA) applications and property sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and support the RTB & RTA Sales Assistant, ensuring high service standards and process compliance.
- Manage RTB and RTA enquiries and applications, ensuring eligibility and legislative requirements are met before costs are incurred.
- Maintain and improve RTB/RTA procedures, system records, and KPI reporting to ensure compliance and case tracking.
- Update systems following property sales and support financial processing, reconciliations, and grant claims.
- Handle solicitor enquiries, legal matters, post-sale issues, and documentation related to RTB/RTA transactions.
- Liaise with customers, solicitors, lenders, and stakeholders on sales, resales, staircasing, and Rent to Buy transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion.
- Support leaseholders through the sales process, including Building Safety Act requirements, coordinating landlord certificates and related documentation.

- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Knowledge of Right to Buy and Right to Acquire legislation and processes.
- Intermediate IT skills.
