At Abri, we know great customer service starts with great people. We're looking for a passionate and people-focused HomeCare Induction and Training Coordinator to help colleagues build the skills, confidence, and knowledge they need to succeed.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support everyone from apprentices starting their careers to experienced colleagues developing new skills and progressing their ambitions.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead and deliver engaging HomeCare induction training programmes, ensuring new colleagues feel welcomed, supported and ready to make an impact from day one.
Working closely with managers, Health & Safety, IT and People Development teams, you'll create interactive learning experiences using a variety of methods, including group activities, videos, presentations and workshops, helping colleagues connect with our values, policies and ways of working.

You'll also play a key role in identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions and helping colleagues develop throughout their careers at Abri.
This role is based from our Yeovil office, where you'll be part of the wider HomeCare team. You'll also travel regularly to our offices across London and the South West, delivering induction training sessions that help colleagues feel confident, capable and connected from day one. To support collaboration and face-to-face learning, you'll be based in the office a minimum of four days a week. As our service evolves, there may be times when business needs require the role to be office-based full-time.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed. You'll be a confident facilitator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to adapt your approach to different audiences and learning styles. With strong emotional intelligence, you'll know how to create engaging, inclusive sessions that encourage participation and make learning memorable.

You'll also have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, with experience using tools such as pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis and VLOOKUPs.
