Homeless Prevention Advisor
Warwickshire County Council
Every young person deserves a safe place to call home. As a Homeless Prevention Advisor within our specialist homelessness service, you will play a vital role in preventing homelessness and rough sleeping for care experienced young people across Warwickshire. Working directly with young people aged 16-25 who may be facing significant adversity, you will build trusted relationships, provide intensive support, and help them access the accommodation and services they need to achieve stability, independence, and positive futures. This is an opportunity to make a genuine and lasting difference at a critical point in a young person's life.

Our approach is about locality working, multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams that support the whole family. Building strong partnerships with local services, Health, Police, and Education.

You will join a supportive and ambitious team of dedicated Homeless Prevention Advisors within our highly regarded Separated Children and Leaving Care Team. Together, you will work closely with housing departments, accommodation providers, and partner agencies across Warwickshire to develop creative solutions, remove barriers, and improve outcomes for care experienced young people. We are proud of our relationship-based approach and our commitment to helping young people succeed.
