Company Description
Salary: £26,850 plus commission
Hours: 38.5 hours, 5 days a week across Monday to Saturdays 8.15am to 5.45pm. You'll work roughly 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Start date: 14th or 28th September
Location: Remote

About the Role

You’ll need to be a people person, with great sales and service skills. Active listening and understanding the customers needs are key in this role so that an appropriate product can be offered to the customer.

- A 'can do’ attitude and motivated to improve yourself
- Able to meet targets
- Excellent relationship building skills
Your Team and the People You Will Work With
This team manages inbound calls from:
- Existing UW Customers (owners & tenants) moving out and looking to either close account or transfer over services
- Landlords looking to close UW account in their name due to new tenants / sold property
- New Occupiers (tenants & owners) who move into a UW supplied property
- Existing UW Customers looking to cancel services or close their account

What to Expect Through the Day as an Advisor
- Meet call handling KPIs such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence
- Hitting sales targets such as New Occupier Move In or Retention conversion %
- Going through your outstanding tasks and call backs
- Attend training and upskilling sessions
- Team huddles
