Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role includes additional earning potential linked to performance targets. A full UK driving licence is required due to the need for regular property visits.

The Portfolio

This role will primarily manage a portfolio of around 190 properties, with a strong focus on the Worcester area and wider coverage across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and parts of Shropshire.

If the successful candidate starts before the planned transition period, there may be a short period of broader Shropshire coverage before settling into the core portfolio.

You can expect to spend around 2 days per week travelling, typically visiting around 4 properties per week, with the furthest journeys taking up to 1.5 hours each way.

Financial and Bonus Opportunity

The role starts ahead of the financial year, which begins in November, offering a great opportunity to be involved from the outset of the cycle.

There is also bonus potential linked to KPI achievement, with payments aligned to the business year, including a bonus paid in April and another at the end of the financial year in October.

There is also the potential for this role to be extended or become permanent.
