Job Title: Homeownership Services Administrator

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in North London, which is recruiting for a Homeownership Services Administrator on a fixed-term contract until March next year.

Salary: £34,975 per annum, with the opportunity to earn up to a 5% performance-related bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative assistance and support in the management of leasehold transactions
  • Updating and maintaining leasehold transaction spreadsheets and data relating to new and ongoing applications
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new shared owners and leaseholders
  • Liaising effectively with managing agents, surveyors, solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and other agencies
  • Participating in all sales activities and events as required
  • Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace and the delivery of Homeownership Services
