Job Description

Company Overview

We are the UK's leading premium publisher, home to iconic and influential media brands including Esquire, Men's & Women's Health, ELLE, Good Housekeeping, Harper's Bazaar, Digital Spy, Cosmopolitan, Red and more. At Hearst UK, we don't just create content – we shape culture.

Our workplace is driven by passion, shaped by authenticity, and powered by creativity. We back bold ideas, act with an entrepreneurial mindset, and continually evolve to meet the moment - while respecting the legacy that's brought us here. We believe in each other's potential and push boundaries together to create meaningful impact, both across the media landscape and in people's lives.

We're proud of our heritage - but even more excited about making history.

Hearst UK operates an in-office policy with flexible Fridays. Our office is based at House of Hearst, 30 Panton Street, St James's, London, SW1Y 4AJ, where teams collaborate in person and connect across brands and functions.

Salary

  • £43,000-£48,000
  • Salary is dependent on experience and will be assessed in line with the candidate’s skills, knowledge, and relevant expertise.

The Role

As the Homes Content Editor (Licensing), you will create best-in-class, highly engaging homes and interiors content across digital and social channels for two market-leading homes titles, while leading and delivering the content strategy for Hearst’s licensing partnerships.

Our homes titles work with leading home retailers to create licensed product collections. A key part of this role is bringing those collections to life through compelling, editorially led content, while also delivering against commercial objectives.

You will work closely with the licensing team to understand partner relationships, market and consumer nuances, collection launches, product timelines, and business priorities, translating these into creative multi-channel content plans.

Alongside licensing activity, you will contribute to the wider editorial output of the brands, pitching and producing homes and interiors content designed to grow reach, engagement, and audiences.

This role would suit a content marketer or commercially minded editor with excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of the homes and interiors sector.

Main Duties

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Support in delivering the content strategy for licensing partnerships, developing multi-channel campaigns around collection launches, key trading moments, and partner priorities.
  • Work closely with editorial teams to ensure a blended content approach that maintains editorial quality and brand integrity while delivering on commercial KPIs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to extend licensing activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
