Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Homologation and Regulatory Affairs Coordinator waiting just for you. Reporting into the Head of Product, you will provide administrative and coordination support for the Homologation & Regulatory Affairs function. Responsible for managing homologation submissions, maintaining compliance records, supporting audit activities and ensuring accurate administration of certification, approval and regulatory documentation for GB Approvals. The role plays a key part in maintaining compliance processes and supporting the efficient operation of the homologation function.
This is a full-time hybrid role, where you would be required to work from our head office based in Milton Keynes a minimum of two days a week in the office.

More about the role
Homologation Administration
- Prepare and submit homologation documentation.
- Coordinate approval applications and supporting records.
- Maintain certification databases and approval records.
Documentation Control
- Maintain regulatory documentation in line with company requirements.
- Ensure document accuracy, version control and retention.
- Manage approval and certification record archives.
Conformity of Production Support
- Coordinate CoP audit preparation activities.
- Compile audit evidence and supporting documentation.
- Track corrective actions and completion status.
Approval Management
- Maintain registers of GB approvals, system approvals and component approvals.
- Administer statutory plate records and associated documentation.
- Monitor approval expiry dates and renewal requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Respond to routine dealer and bodybuilder enquiries.
- Produce reports and compliance metrics.
- Coordinate meetings, submissions and regulatory communications.
About you
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Homologation & Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to support the management of vehicle compliance and regulatory activities. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate documentation and records, ensuring all regulatory information is up to date and readily accessible. Excellent attention to detail is essential, along with strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, enabling the efficient preparation of reports, tracking of compliance activities, and maintenance of regulatory data.
