We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable team players to join our Honey Process Team — the vital first step in ensuring every drop of Rowse Honey meets our high standards.

🐝 What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the Honey Process Team, you’ll:

  • Ensure Health & safety is always maintained
  • Keep a high standard of GMP in all areas
  • Pick batches of honey from recipes issued and load them into the cabinets
  • Ensure that all the honey is loaded into the cabinets and pumped as per the pump plan
  • Follow the standard operating procedures, work instructions and escalation processes for raw materials and component parts with regards to quality defects
  • Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards maximising GMP standards within all areas
  • Always wear correct protective clothing and equipment
  • Own and make recommendations for continuous improvement within the department
  • Carry out any other reasonable supervisory or managerial request

  • Forklift licence (desirable)
  • Numeracy/data accuracy
