For over 35 years Transform Landscapes has been creating and building gardens, making us one of the oldest and most established landscape garden specialists in the local area. Our team comprises many talented specialists who have a passion for creating, building and maintaining gorgeous gardens.
Our customers are always full of praise for not only our quality workmanship but also our friendliness and professionalism. Many of our clients have been with us for many years which is testimony to our high level of customer service. We always aim to build trusted relationships with our customers while also engaging with the community.
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic horticulturally trained gardener to join our soft landscape team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of practical gardening experience who is passionate about plants, garden maintenance, and high-quality horticultural work.

Key Responsibilities
- General garden maintenance
- Planting, pruning, and seasonal care
- Lawn care and border maintenance
- Weed and pest management
- Maintaining high presentation standards across gardens
- Supporting planting schemes and horticultural projects
Requirements
- Formal horticultural training or qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on gardening experience
- Good plant knowledge and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
