Hospital Director - Private Healthcare
Commutable from Woking, Guildford & Basingstoke | Private Acute
Surrey has one of the strongest private healthcare markets in the country. It also has some of the fiercest competition for it. That's exactly why my client — a leading independent private healthcare provider — is investing in the right Hospital Director for their Guildford site.
This is a site leadership role for someone who wants the commercial reins, not just the operational ones.
The Remit:
- Full accountability for P&L, budget, and commercial growth
- Owning the consultant proposition — recruitment, engagement, and retention
- Driving self-pay and PMI performance in an affluent, high-demand catchment
- Maintaining outstanding standards of clinical governance, CQC compliance, and patient experience
- Setting the culture and building a senior leadership team people want to stay in
