Mental Health Hospital Social Work
Mental Health Hospital Social Work offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference during some of the most significant and challenging periods in a person's life. Through relationship-based and strengths-focused practice, you will work alongside individuals, families and carers to support recovery, promote independence and facilitate safe, timely discharge from hospital.
We are committed to person-centred, trauma-informed practice and recognise the importance of understanding each person's experiences, strengths and aspirations. The role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary inpatient setting, providing a strong social care perspective to assessment, care planning and discharge planning.
