Hospitality Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Hospitality Assistants to join our contract catering team, supporting a wide range of corporate hospitality and events.

This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service and being part of a busy events team.

You will support the delivery of high-quality hospitality across a variety of events, including corporate dinners, fine dining, lunches, receptions and evening functions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Providing professional and friendly service to guests
  • Serving canapés and drinks at receptions and events
  • Assisting with fine dining and formal dinner service
  • Serving food and beverages at corporate lunches and functions
  • Setting up tables, dining rooms and event spaces to a high standard
  • Clearing and resetting tables during service
  • Supporting meeting and conference hospitality
  • Preparing and replenishing tea, coffee and refreshment stations
  • Assisting with evening events and functions
  • Helping with event set-up and clear-down
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service
  • Working closely with chefs, managers and the wider hospitality team
  • Ensuring guests receive a professional and welcoming experience

Previous experience in hospitality, events, fine dining, restaurants, hotels or contract catering is desirable.
