Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Shift times: Shift times range from 6.30 am – midnight
We’re looking for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Accenture, London and help create a welcoming space for our customers. You will deliver a warm, professional, and efficient hospitality service within a high-profile corporate environment and support meetings, events, fine dining, refreshments, and client-facing services, ensuring every detail reflects the standards and brand values of both the client and Aramark UK.

What you’ll do:
- Prepare, set and service meeting rooms, boardrooms, private dining rooms, hospitality areas and event spaces to the agreed specification and timescale.
- Serve food and beverages confidently and professionally, including breakfast, working lunches, buffets, canapés, bowl food, fine dining, and drinks receptions.
- Welcome clients, guests, and colleagues in a friendly, discreet, and polished manner, responding promptly to requests and special requirements.
- Monitor service areas throughout an event, replenish discreetly and clear efficiently without disrupting meetings or guests.
- Liaise with the kitchen, reception, facilities, and event organisers to confirm timings, guest numbers, room changes, and service requirements.
- Support VIP and high-profile events, maintaining confidentiality and excellent attention to detail at all times.

What we’re looking for:
- UK resident with legal right to work
- Customer service experience in a hospitality, catering, hotel, events or premium service environment.
- Over 18
- Previous bar experience is great, but not essential – full training provided
- Effective communication skills at all levels
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, flexibility, and constructive teamwork.
