Job Description:
Hospitality Assistant (Bank)
Location: The Priory Care Home, 1 Shelly Crescent, Monkspath, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4XA
Salary: £12.75 to £13.75
Job Type: Bank - Flexible with hours worked, picking up shifts to suit your availability

Our waiting on staff play an important role as your presence during mealtimes is crucial. It ensures residents receive dignified, personalised attention, promotes social interaction, and contributes to overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up tables in the restaurant
- Serving in the restaurant at mealtimes
- Preparing trays and providing room service to residents who wish to stay in their rooms for meals
- Ensuring that the restaurant and café are tidy and meet all high standards
- Keeping the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times
You may also be asked to support other areas as required, such as:
- Serving meals to or removing trays from resident’s rooms
- Restocking resident’s personal kitchens
- Delivering refreshments
