We're bringing prehistoric giants back to Cornwall with our spectacular Dinosaurs Return campaign, transforming Eden into an unforgettable adventure packed with roaring encounters, family fun, and incredible visitor experiences. As thousands of guests step through our gates to meet these magnificent creatures, we're looking for enthusiastic Hospitality Assistants to help make every visit truly memorable.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Hospitality Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our visitors by:

- Welcoming guests with warmth, energy, and enthusiasm
- Serving food and beverages across our cafés and catering outlets
- Helping maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and food safety
- Supporting visitors with information and recommendations
- Working as part of a collaborative team during busy events and seasonal activities
- Bringing the excitement of our Dinosaurs Return experience to life through exceptional hospitality
What We're Looking For
You'll be:
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about customer service
- Positive and enthusiastic, even when things get busy
- A great team player with excellent communication skills
- Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and peak visitor periods
- Experienced in hospitality, catering, or customer-facing roles (helpful but not essential)
Most importantly, we're looking for people who enjoy creating memorable moments for others.
