Hospitality Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in a prestigious law firm in London EC4A 3TW.
This is a permanent contract working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rota basis between 7am and 11pm.

We work in office restaurants, independent schools and at conference venues with the same high-end ethos throughout.
We’re looking for a friendly and professional Hospitality Assistant to join our team and help deliver a high-quality hospitality experience on our dedicated hospitality floor.
We offer fresh, seasonal food with a varied service, from refined fine dining and bespoke events through to fresh sandwiches and casual catering. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming service across our meeting rooms and hospitality spaces.
You’ll prepare and set up meeting rooms, serve refreshments, look after guests throughout their meetings and ensure everything is kept clean, organised and presented to a high standard. You’ll also support with private fine dining dinners, events and bespoke hospitality services, giving you the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of experiences.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, has great attention to detail and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for guests. You’ll need to be flexible, as some events and private dinners may take place during the evenings.

Skills and Experience
- Have experience working in a similar role and environment
- Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment
- Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy
- Have excellent customer service and social skills
- Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team of 6
- Be customer focused
- Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
