We're recruiting a high-calibre Hospitality Bar Team to deliver an exceptional drinks service experience at the BMW PGA Championship, the flagship event of the DP World Tour.
Hosted at the prestigious Wentworth Club, this world-renowned tournament combines elite golf with outstanding hospitality, welcoming thousands of guests, corporate clients, and VIP visitors each year.
This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in professional presentation, attention to detail, and delivering premium service within stylish hospitality bars, private lounges, and exclusive event spaces.
The Role
As part of the Hospitality Bar Team, you will provide efficient, professional drinks service while maintaining the highest standards of guest interaction and presentation throughout the championship.

You'll play an important role in creating a seamless and memorable experience for guests within a polished, premium hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve champagne, wine, spirits, cocktails, and premium beverages to a high standard.
- Deliver attentive, confident, and professional service to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalised service.
- Ensure glassware and service areas remain clean, polished, and fully stocked.
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality and event teams.
- Maintain exceptional personal presentation throughout the event.

- Have experience working in hospitality bars, restaurants, hotels, golf clubs, or premium events.
- Are confident, professional, and immaculately presented.
- Enjoy delivering exceptional customer service.
- Feel comfortable working within premium hospitality environments.
- Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Thrive as part of a collaborative team.
Experience working within premium hospitality, sporting events, or luxury customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
High-performing team members may be prioritised for future premium events throughout the Freemans Event Partners event calendar.
