Join the Hospitality Team for the 2026/2027 Season

We're recruiting enthusiastic and professional Hospitality Bar Staff to join our team at Sixways Stadium for the 2026/2027 event season.

Work across an exciting calendar of Worcester Warriors rugby fixtures, football matches, conferences, corporate hospitality, private functions, concerts, and other live events, delivering exceptional service within the stadium's premium hospitality areas.

The Role

As a member of our Hospitality Bar Team, you'll provide professional drinks service within premium bars, hospitality suites, lounges, and corporate areas, helping to create an outstanding experience for guests attending a wide variety of events.

You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, champagne, and other premium beverages to a high standard.
  • Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area.
  • Ensure glassware and service areas remain clean and fully stocked.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties.
  • Operate tills and process payments accurately where required.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintain excellent personal presentation throughout each event.

About You

We're looking for people who:

  • Are aged 18 or over.
  • Have previous hospitality, bar, restaurant, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Are confident, friendly, and professional.
  • Enjoy working with people and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Thrive in busy, fast-paced environments.
  • Are reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Can work evenings, weekends, and event days throughout the season.
