Hospitality Brand Manager | Live Events Group
Up to 55k (pro rata)

We’re partnering with a leading international live entertainment organisation to recruit a Group Hospitality Brand Manager on a 8 month fixed term contract. This is a rare opportunity to shape and elevate hospitality branding across a portfolio of landmark venues in multiple territories. The business operates at significant global scale within theatre and live entertainment and is on an ambitious journey to redefine what premium hospitality means within this space.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Group Head of Hospitality Concepts, you will own and activate the hospitality brand across all customer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with hospitality teams across the UK, US and Europe, as well as central marketing and external creative agencies.
The organisation is focused on reimagining hospitality within live entertainment, setting a new benchmark for brand storytelling, guest experience and commercial impact. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring both big-picture brand thinking and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Governance
- Own brand positioning, tone of voice and visual identity
- Ensure consistency and relevance across different markets and guest segments
- Support brand architecture as new hospitality concepts are developed
- Use insight, analytics and feedback to refine brand performance
Creative Direction & Development
- Oversee brand asset consistency across all materials and channels
- Lead the development of promotional campaigns, supplier activations and hospitality calendar initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to embed the hospitality brand across the full guest journey
- Provide clear toolkits and frameworks to enable local venue activation
Implementation & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a central brand partner to territory teams
- Develop structured ways of working that simplify communication and execution
- Balance creative ambition with operational practicality
- Inspire and influence cross functional teams across multiple markets

About You
Essential Experience
- Proven brand development experience, ideally within arts, entertainment, culture or hospitality
- Strong strategic planning capability with a track record of delivering brand campaigns
- Hands-on copywriting and design experience across platforms such as Photoshop and Canva
- Experience creating systems and processes that enable consistent brand execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A balance of creative vision and analytical thinking
Desirable
- Knowledge of theatre, performing arts or live entertainment
- Understanding of premium hospitality brand positioning
- Familiarity with digital platforms and evolving brand channels
- Experience embedding inclusivity into brand strategy
