Company Description

Focus Media Group is a global leader in digital out-of-home media, a publicly listed company renowned for its highly scalable and commercially proven indoor digital screen network. We strategically integrate digital screens into high-frequency residential, office, and mixed-use environments, transforming them into vital communication and engagement infrastructure for buildings.

With a robust international footprint, Focus Media collaborates with landlords, developers, asset owners, and property operators to deploy digital screens in key shared areas such as lift lobbies, common parts, receptions, and concierge spaces. We are now embarking on a significant expansion into the UK market, with London identified as our primary strategic focus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on building new business opportunities across the hospitality and consumer venues sector. The role will involve identifying and developing prospective clients, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and reaching out to property owners, venue operators, asset managers and brand partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
