Location: Crewe
Hours: Daytime only | Monday–Friday | £34,097 per annum
A rare opportunity to create exceptional food in a world-class environment
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Hospitality Chef to join the culinary team at a prestigious luxury automotive site in Crewe.
This is a unique opportunity for a chef who thrives on high-end hospitality, exceptional presentation and creative menu development, while also having the confidence and experience to deliver at volume when required.
Working closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll have genuine creative input into the food offering — helping to design menus, develop new concepts and bring innovative ideas to life for VIP guests, corporate events and premium hospitality.
The role combines restaurant-quality cooking with high-volume corporate hospitality, so versatility, attention to detail and a genuine passion for food are essential.
What you’ll be doing
- Working directly alongside the Executive Chef on menu design, development and new food concepts
- Creating and delivering premium, restaurant-standard dishes for VIP guests, corporate events and high-end hospitality
- Producing high-quality large-volume buffet food, maintaining the same standards of flavour, presentation and quality
- Taking pride in every detail, from preparation and cooking through to plating and presentation
- Supporting hospitality and events, ensuring every service is delivered to an exceptional standard
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen brigade and supporting the main kitchen during quieter hospitality periods
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards
- Bringing new ideas, creativity and energy to continually raise the culinary offering

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
