Hospitality & Client Experience Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + bonuses
We are partnering with a highly respected luxury brand to appoint a Hospitality & Client Experience Manager within their signature location.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of the client experience journey in an environment defined by craftsmanship, discretion, and exceptional standards - while building a long-term career within a prestigious luxury business.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of the client journey.
- You will shape how clients are welcomed, hosted, and remembered - ensuring every interaction feels seamless, personal, and aligned with a truly high-end environment.
- Working closely with internal teams across marketing, client services, and post-sale support, you will play a key role in ensuring a consistent and elevated experience across all touchpoints.
- This position also offers exposure to wider business operations and provides a strong platform for long-term progression within a luxury brand environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a polished, discreet, and highly personalised client hosting experience.
- Oversee all aspects of in-showroom hospitality, maintaining consistently high standards.
- Curate memorable experiences for VIP and high-net-worth clients.
- Plan and execute private events and exclusive client activations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement initiatives and brand experiences.
- Ensure a seamless end-to-end client journey across all touchpoints.
- Manage and develop a small team of junior hosts, leading from the front.
- Introduce and refine hospitality procedures and service standards.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients as a trusted brand ambassador.
About You
