Hospitality Enterprise Applications Manager (Oracle OPERA) Remote

to £100k

Are you an Oracle Hospitality specialist? You could progress your career, owning enterprise applications for a global portfolio of hotel and restaurant clients.

You'll join a fast-growing, venture-backed technology company that is transforming managed IT and cybersecurity through its AI-driven platform. Supporting over 400 customers across 90 countries, the business is expanding its hospitality division and is looking for a technical expert to lead the delivery and optimisation of Oracle Hospitality solutions.

As the Hospitality Enterprise Applications Manager

You'll be the technical authority for Oracle OPERA PMS, OHIP, OPI Cloud, and Oracle Simphony, helping hotel and restaurant customers optimise, migrate, and integrate their critical business applications.

  • Collaborating closely with clients, you'll lead OPERA audits, manage interface migrations, oversee integrations with POS, payments, and finance systems, and provide expert guidance on best practice.
  • You'll also collaborate with internal engineering and security teams to ensure hospitality platforms are secure, scalable, and operating efficiently.

Location / WFH

You can work from home on a full-time basis from anywhere in the UK.

About You

You have hands-on experience with Oracle Hospitality applications within live hotel environments, including:

  • Oracle OPERA PMS administration and support
  • OHIP and OPI Cloud migrations and integrations
  • Oracle Simphony / EMC configuration
  • Hospitality system integrations across PMS, POS, payments, and finance platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills

Experience with Micros, Unifocus, or managed services would be advantageous but not necessary.
