Hospitality & Events Manager
Aramark UK are currently looking for a Hospitality & Events Manager to join our team working with our prestigious corporate client, who have six sites spanning across London, Bournemouth, Dublin, Edinburgh, and Luxemburg. Role Overview
The Hospitality & Events Manager will lead the day-to-day workplace hospitality operation, ensuring food, beverage, and hospitality services are delivered safely, professionally, and to agreed client standards. The role leads the Hospitality Team Leader and hospitality colleagues, oversees bookings, ordering, and stock, coordinates routine events, and supports larger or more complex events under the guidance of the Hospitality Manager or General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily workplace hospitality operation and ensure requests are delivered accurately and on time.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, service, cleanliness, and guest experience.
- Keep hospitality areas, meeting rooms, and service points ready for use.
- Support menus, seasonal activity, and hospitality initiatives.
- Oversee hospitality bookings through approved client systems and confirm catering, guest, and room requirements.
- Place approved food, beverage, consumable, and equipment orders within agreed controls.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels, complete regular stock checks, and rotate stock correctly.
- Monitor usage, wastage, shortages, and discrepancies, taking action or escalating where required.
- Check deliveries for quantity, quality, and accuracy and ensure goods are stored safely.
- Maintain accurate booking, ordering, stock, and charging records.
- Coordinate routine workplace hospitality events and functions.
- Support the planning and delivery of larger, more complex, or higher-profile events.
- Confirm catering, room, equipment, and service requirements and complete pre-event checks.
- Support live delivery, resolve day-to-day issues, and assist with service recovery.

Qualifications
- Experience leading a food-led hospitality service in contract catering, corporate hospitality, hotels, or a comparable environment.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, including ordering, stock control, storage, wastage, and service standards.
- Experience using hospitality booking systems and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Confident day-to-day team leadership, organization, and customer service skills.
- Able to work calmly, make practical decisions, and escalate appropriately.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
