Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow revenue across premium match day hospitality sales and refine the proposition each season.
  • Act as the principal point of contact for up to 700 covers on a match day, inclusive of 1889 Lounge, Captains’ Lounge, Legends’ Lounge, Boardroom and 9 Hospitality Boxes.
  • Drive non-match day sales for events such as filming, pitch hires, in-house club events, dinners, awards.
  • To work closely with our operations team and catering partner to deliver an exceptional experience for all hospitality and events guests.
  • To innovate and constantly improve our offering.
  • To line manage our Hospitality & Events Executive.

  • Act as the point of contact for the club’s Vice Presidents and Patrons, delivering rights associated with their title.
  • Oversee post-match/event feedback from guests and liaise with other internal departments to recommend changes to the product and experience.
  • Sell, oversee and deliver pitch hire bookings at the end of the season, including the management of commercial partner slots.
  • To build positive working relationships internally and externally with a variety of colleagues and partners.
  • To proactively source new leads while ensuring enquiries are thoroughly followed up in a professional manner.
  • Research and attend events / matches to understand industry trends and to improve the club’s hospitality experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
