Description
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for leading and delivering exceptional hospitality services across all premium stadium areas, including hospitality suites, executive boxes, lounges and restaurants. The role ensures a first-class guest experience during match days, concerts, corporate events, and other stadium functions while driving revenue, maintaining operational excellence, and leading hospitality teams.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism across all hospitality areas.
- Respond effectively to guest feedback and continuously strive to enhance the overall customer journey.
Operations Management
- Lead the planning and delivery of hospitality operations for match days, concerts, and special events, ensuring seamless event execution, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team, creating a positive culture through effective coaching, performance management, and workforce planning.

Financial Management
- Support the delivery of commercial objectives by managing operational budgets, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and enhance premium hospitality offerings.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment by ensuring adherence to all food safety, licensing, health & safety, and company policies, while supporting operational audits and risk management.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, clients, and event partners, working collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience managing hospitality operations within a stadium, arena, hotel, conference venue, or large-scale event environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering commercial targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Flexible approach to working evenings, weekends, and event days.

Desirable
- Qualification in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Personal Licence Holder certification.
- Food Safety and Health & Safety qualifications.
- Experience working in premium sports or entertainment venues.
