The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time in the operation, supporting events, managing service delivery, coordinating logistics, and engaging with customers and teams. We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality background from hotels, conference venues, or contract catering who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the front.

- Produce quotations and event proposals in line with customer requirements and budgets.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, conference organisers, and external customers to ensure successful event delivery.
- Conduct event briefings and ensure all operational teams are fully prepared.
- Ensure venues are presented to the highest standards before, during, and after events.
Delivered Hospitality Management
- Manage the delivery of hospitality services across a wide range of campus locations.
- Coordinate logistics for food, beverage, equipment, crockery, cutlery, and service ware.
- Ensure hospitality orders are delivered accurately and within agreed service times.
- Continuously review service processes to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
