We are looking for an organized and creative culinary leader to oversee high-profile catering services, ensuring exceptional quality and consistent execution for a demanding corporate clientele. The successful Head Chef will be leading a structured team of 7 staff members.

- Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 40-hour contract
- Volume: Leading the culinary offer across various high-profile meeting rooms and event spaces
- Team: Leading a structured team of 7 staff members
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily culinary operations across multiple hospitality offers, running everything smoothly from breakfast options through to high-end fine dining lunches.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated team of kitchen staff.
- Maintain seamless kitchen operations, strict food safety compliance, and high standards of presentation for all high-profile events.
