Wellbeing & Hospitality Lead (37.5 hours per week)

We’re looking for an exceptional Wellbeing & Hospitality Lead to become the heart of our home. This is more than an activities role. It’s about creating moments that matter, delivering outstanding hospitality, and ensuring every resident, family member and visitor feels welcomed and valued.

You’ll lead the wellbeing and hospitality experience throughout the home by:

  • Creating engaging activities tailored to residents’ interests and life stories.
  • Organising memorable events, celebrations and community partnerships.
  • Delivering exceptional hospitality that makes every meal and every visit feel special.
  • Building meaningful relationships with residents, families and the local community.
  • Working alongside every department to create a vibrant, welcoming and happy home.
  • Showcasing life at Lincoln Manor through social media and community engagement.
