Hospitality Manager, New Opportunity!
Ready to be part of something from day one?
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, ambitious and hospitality-focused Hospitality Manager to join our team at an exciting newly mobilised contract catering site.
We’re building a fantastic hospitality offering across the site, with plenty of opportunities to bring your ideas, personality and experience to the table. From impressive client meetings and busy working lunches to beautifully delivered hospitality experiences, you’ll be at the heart of making sure every detail is just right.
What Will You Be Doing?
As Hospitality Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day hospitality operation, making sure everything runs smoothly, looks fantastic and — most importantly — leaves our customers wanting to come back.
- Managing meeting room and hospitality services
- Overseeing working lunches, events and client catering
- Ensuring every hospitality experience is delivered to a high standard
- Leading, motivating and developing the hospitality team
- Building strong relationships with clients, customers and key stakeholders
- Managing service standards, presentation and attention to detail
- Supporting the continued development of the newly mobilised operation
- Bringing new ideas and creative ways of improving the customer experience
- Helping the operation grow as the contract develops

Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for a natural hospitality person — someone who genuinely enjoys creating great experiences.
You’ll Ideally Have
- Experience in hospitality, events, hotels or contract catering
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The confidence to work with clients and senior stakeholders
- A positive, hands-on approach
- The ability to stay calm, organised and professional when things get busy
- Plenty of energy, enthusiasm and personality!
- Most importantly, we want someone who is hungry to develop.
