Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, Mon – Fri (some evenings and weekends)
Shift times: Between 06:30 and 18:30
Aramark UK is currently recruiting a Hospitality Manager to join our team working at Imphal Barracks, York, YO10 4HD.
You will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of the site's hospitality, supporting the General Manager and Group Hospitality Manager, whilst delivering excellent service and leading your team to success.

What you'll do:
- Manage front-of-house teams in a busy mess to deliver service efficiently.
- Responsible for organising payroll, rotas, and holidays.
- Maintain due diligence, Health & Safety, COSSH, and Food hygiene.
- Manage costs and end of month IT reports.
- Plan and manage around 30 mess functions per year across the site.
- Stock counts, conducting audits, placing orders.
- Assist in providing management cover when your manager is on annual leave or at another site.
- Recruit and train members of staff.
- Day-to-day office tasks, such as rotas, processing payroll, holiday cover, daily team briefings, etc.
- Receive and deal with customer complaints/feedback quickly and effectively.
What we're looking for:
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory role.
- Must be comfortable directing a team and be familiar with the role.
