The Position Specifics
Responsibilities
Your job is to Spark Brighter Days by leading the guest experience and supporting daily restaurant operations with energy, consistency, and care. As a Hospitality Manager, you are the face of the dining experience – ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and excited to return. The responsibilities of this position include:

- Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure strong financial performance and growth.
- Lead by example with a positive, hands-on approach to hospitality.
- Foster a team environment built on respect, accountability, and fun.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable in menu, service standards, and guest engagement.
- Support hiring efforts and ongoing staff development.
Service & Guest Experience
- Create a welcoming, upbeat, and memorable experience for every guest.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulars, VIPs, and community members.
- Ensure consistency in service standards, timing, and overall experience.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure alignment between food quality and service.
Work Environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive workplace where employees feel valued.
- Keep morale high and cultivate a team that enjoys delivering great service.
- Protect and maintain the Over Easy brand, ambiance, and guest experience.
Financial & Operational Support
- Assist in managing budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency, and profitability.
- Support inventory management and ordering processes.
- Collaborate on menu updates and enhancements.
Communication & Presence
- Lead by example with a strong and engaging presence on the floor.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, management, and guests.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.

This position participates in a tip pool in accordance with company policy and applicable wage and hour laws.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
- Must maintain valid Certified Food Protection Manager and Title 4 Manager certifications.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Maintains exceptional hygiene and grooming standards.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
