Hospitality Manager Brooke, Norfolk £32,000 per year | Permanent | Day shifts
Are you an experienced Hospitality Manager with a background in care homes or hotels?

About the role
As Hospitality Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of hospitality services to ensure residents receive an outstanding daily experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading food service operations, working closely with chefs to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals
- Creating and delivering engaging activities programmes that promote wellbeing and social interaction
- Overseeing housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment
- Managing maintenance issues promptly to keep the home in excellent condition
- Building strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues to support a community feel
- Monitoring budgets and controlling costs while maintaining service quality

Skills and experience
