We’re looking for a polished, customer-focused Hospitality Manager with a strong background in high-end hotel events, meetings, or premium guest services. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects quality, attention to detail, and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the daily delivery of high-end hospitality, meetings and events services, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint
- Work closely with the management team to drive seamless operations and consistently high service standards
- Support financial activities such as stock control, ordering, and cost awareness
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client and guest experience, bringing fresh, creative ideas
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients, stakeholders, and visitors
- Ensure all compliance, safety, and brand standards are maintained at all times

- Experience in a premium hospitality, hotel events, meetings, or guest services environment
- A highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing setting
- A confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional, personalized service
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to deliver service excellence
