Hospitality Manager - Flagship Site, Canary Wharf - £50,000
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to lead our high-end contract catering operation within a prestigious banking environment.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of exceptional hospitality, events and front-of-house services. You’ll lead and develop a professional team, build strong client relationships and ensure consistently high standards across service, presentation and operational performance.
You’ll work closely with the client, culinary team and wider site management to deliver an outstanding hospitality experience while identifying opportunities to improve service, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day hospitality and event operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service and presentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer and client experiences, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement and professionalism.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of high-end corporate events and hospitality services.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef / Head Chef to ensure excellent food and service standards.
- Manage staffing, rotas and resources to ensure the operation is fully supported.
- Monitor stock, ordering, wastage and operational costs to support commercial performance.
- Ensure all health, safety, food safety, hygiene and company standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor customer feedback and take action to continually improve the guest experience.
- Conduct regular team briefings, training and performance reviews.
- Work closely with the client and on-site management team to understand requirements and exceed expectations.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, service development and operational improvement.

You’ll Have
Proven management experience within hospitality, events, contract catering, hotels or a premium customer-focused environment.
