Are you ready to operate at the very top of global hospitality? As Trackside Manager, you’ll take ownership of world-class hospitality environments, from the iconic Paddock Club to exclusive VIP team suites, where precision, energy, and excellence are everything. You’ll lead from the front, building powerful relationships with VIP guests, sponsors, and partners while inspiring your team to deliver unforgettable moments at every race. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, loves the spotlight, and knows how to make every detail count.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading, inspiring, and developing high performing trackside hospitality teams and third-party partners
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of premium hospitality programmes, including Paddock Club and exclusive team suites
- Acting as the face of the operation: hosting, engaging, and delighting VIP guests with confidence and charisma
- Driving exceptional service standards, presentation, and guest experience at every touchpoint
- Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Managing budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing with commercial awareness
- Collaborating seamlessly with culinary, logistics, and team management to deliver flawless execution
- Leading daily briefings and post-event debriefs, producing insightful race reports and driving continuous improvement
- Overseeing international set-up and breakdown of hospitality units, ensuring operational excellence across all locations
- Recruiting, training, and elevating front-of-house teams in line with premium brand standards

What We’re Looking For
- Proven success delivering luxury hospitality or high-profile events (Formula 1 or elite sport experience highly desirable)
- A confident, hands-on leader who thrives in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- A proactive problem-solver with a creative and strategic mindset
- A genuine passion for motorsport, culture, and world-class guest experiences
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for extensive international travel
