Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Hospitality Manager to join our team at London Stadium, in Stratford, East London. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be managing the hospitality operations and communicating with guests at meetings and events. Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development of team members, and demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Plan and support hospitality services at London Stadium with strong organisational skills and resources, ensuring guest focus in all decisions
- Ensure the budgets are met, effectively managing operating costs, ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and processed, following up on any discrepancies
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed
- Ensure the operation complies with current finance, payroll, purchasing, health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
Qualifications
- No degree required
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment, including 1 year of management
- Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments
- Experience in a 5-6* fine dining environment is preferred
- Skills in communication, teamwork, organisation, strategic thinking, and IT literacy

Physical Requirements
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for matchdays and event days, due to events-based nature of the team

Delaware North has managed the hospitality services at London Stadium since 2015. Home of the Hammers and UK Athletics, this 60 – 80,000 stadium has been at the centre of world-class events. Starting off hosting the 2012 Summer Olympics, London Stadium has grown to hold a vibrant portfolio of elite sporting events and concerts. From Europe’s first MLB Series, IRB 2015 Rugby World Cup matches, annual Athletics events, to artists like Burna Boy, Iron Maiden, Take That, and Metallica, there’s always something exciting happening at London Stadium.
