We're now looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day operations and help drive the business into its next stage of growth.

What You'll Be Doing
As Hospitality Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the restaurant and deli, ensuring both operate efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standards.
Leading Our People
- Recruit, onboard, and develop an outstanding team.
- Create a positive culture where people enjoy coming to work.
- Manage performance reviews and support team development.
- Work alongside HR on employee relations and people matters.
- Build strong staff retention through coaching and leadership.
- Produce weekly rotas and manage holiday requests.
- Deliver ongoing training and development.

Running Exceptional Operations
- Oversee the daily operation of both the restaurant and deli.
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service.
- Resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency.
Driving Business Performance
- Manage labor costs and staffing budgets.
- Monitor Gross Profit (GP) and identify opportunities to improve margins.
- Increase revenue through great service, operational excellence, and commercial thinking.
- Analyze performance and implement improvements.
Supplier & Stock Management
- Build excellent supplier relationships.
- Negotiate best value while maintaining quality.
- Manage daily ordering and stock control.
- Ensure effective stock rotation and minimize waste.
- Review product performance and optimize stock levels.
Menu & Business Development
- Work closely with our Head Chef on menu development and seasonal changes.
- Design and update menus using Canva.
- Help shape future growth plans for both the restaurant and deli.
- Contribute ideas that improve the customer experience and drive the business forward.

What We're Looking For
You'll already have experience managing a successful hospitality business and be someone who enjoys leading from the front.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality management.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing GP, labor costs, and profitability.
- Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with suppliers and stock management.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with a passion for hospitality.
