Hospitality Manager - The o2, London, SE10 | Full-Time / Permanent

To lead the seamless planning and delivery of premium food and beverage services across all Suites, kitchens, pantries, and bars. The role is responsible for maintaining exceptional operational standards, exceeding guest expectations, and delivering outstanding catering experiences while embodying Levy Restaurants’ values through strong leadership, Legendary Experiences, and Powerful Partnerships.

Hospitality Manager - The Role
- Event Planning & Operations: Support the smooth planning and delivery of food and beverage operations across all Suites, kitchens, pantries, and bars during events.
- Health & Safety: Maintain full H&S, HSE, RSA, and company compliance, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all incidents and maintenance issues are correctly reported.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support the team through effective delegation, communication, briefings, performance management, and day-to-day supervision.
- Recruitment & Development: Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development, identifying talent and succession opportunities for supervisory roles.
- Financial Management: Support sales and revenue targets while controlling labour, operating costs, cash variances, and overall financial performance.
- Stock & Asset Control: Monitor stock levels, transfers, stock sheets, tills, and the asset register, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company procedures.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong working relationships with AEG account managers, event managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a visible presence across the Suites, respond to guest needs and feedback, and ensure consistently high levels of service for all Suite Holders.
- Business Excellence & Innovation: Maintain company standards, SOPs, Core Signatures, and service quality while continuously identifying opportunities to improve operations and the guest experience.
- Sales & Commercial Growth: Proactively drive sales, increase average customer spend, maximise upselling opportunities, and ensure the team is engaged in achieving sales targets.

- Hospitality Experience: Proven experience working in a demanding hospitality environment, managing complex service delivery and maintaining consistently high standards.
- Communication & People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and build effective relationships across different levels.
- Professional & Technical Skills: London market experience, strong IT proficiency, good English and numeracy skills, and an enthusiastic, motivated, and engaging approach to leadership.
