Our catering provider Baxter Storey are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to lead the delivery of an exceptional hospitality service here at the Aston Martin technology campus in Silverstone.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and has a genuine passion for food, hospitality and people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day hospitality operation, ensuring consistently exceptional standards of service, presentation and client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and translating these into an outstanding hospitality offering.
  • Proactively manage client feedback, resolving any issues or complaints promptly, professionally and effectively.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver hospitality events and experiences in partnership with the client and events teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation and creativity across the hospitality offering, keeping up to date with market trends and industry developments.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the hospitality team through effective communication, training, coaching, appraisals and succession planning.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations, operational updates, company information and client requirements.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards and continuously improve the food and hospitality proposition.
  • Ensure all hospitality areas operate in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements, including Health & Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely operational and financial administration, including reports, bookwork, quotes, purchase orders and billing.
  • Monitor performance and provide regular reports and updates to senior management in line with company procedures.
  • Ensure all team members receive an effective induction, clear role expectations and ongoing training and development.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a hospitality, catering or food service management environment.
  • Strong people management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop a diverse team.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering exceptional customer and client service within a high-quality hospitality environment.
  • Experience planning and delivering events, ideally within a corporate or premium hospitality setting.
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness, with experience managing budgets, quotes, purchase orders and billing.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan ahead, prioritise and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships at all levels.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Forms and OneDrive.
  • Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate or above.
  • Relevant hospitality, catering or management qualification such as NVQ3, BTEC, City & Guilds, HND or equivalent is desirable.
