What is the role?
We are seeking a Hospitality Sales Executive to drive revenue through proactive business development, lead generation, and outbound sales activity.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new customers through cold calling, networking, prospecting, face-to-face meetings, and targeted sales campaigns, building a strong pipeline of opportunities across Southampton Football Club's hospitality products.
You will be highly visible within the local business community, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and representing the Club at events, networking opportunities, and matchdays. Alongside new business acquisition, you will also be responsible for retaining and growing selected customer accounts, maximising revenue through repeat bookings, upselling, and account development.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to develop and build strong business relationships
- Team player and helping build a strong positive team environment where people go above and beyond for each other
- Strong new business sales and prospecting skills
- Strong work ethic
- Confident in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales activity
- Ability to identify and maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and driven approach to sales
- Results-focused with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional when engaging with senior decision-makers
- Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team environment
