Over the coming years, we have ambitious growth plans and we’re looking for an organised, determined and focused sales channel manager to take over a pivotal role in the team.

Role Overview

The role covers key account management and business development for our largest sales channel – hospitality. Selling our glassware and project managing bespoke Bone China pieces into incredible high end venues in three current markets:

  • UK, core home market
  • US, predominantly New York
  • Middle East and Asia, tertiary markets

Your main focus in the first year will be winning and delivering new project business in the UK; extending our glassware supply in the US through our agent network in region; and exploring new routes to market for the hospitality channel.

Our hospitality channel is fundamental to our omni-channel strategy as it validates the brand at the highest level; introduces the brand to affluent customers within aspirational venues and drives international brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • To oversea the development and growth of our global hospitality clients:
    • Hotels and Restaurants
    • Luxury Travel
    • Event Management and Catering Companies
    • Tabletop distributors and sales agents
  • To manage the client journey through our different hospitality offerings:
    • Core range
    • Customised
    • Bespoke
  • Leading internal project management for order fulfilment with Design, Production and Logistics.
  • Managing the overseas Agent and Distributor network that contributes to the channel
  • Budgeting and Financials:
    • Owning and delivering the sales target assigned to you.
    • Structuring commercial deals and optimising pricing to balance winning business and achieving margin targets.
    • Forecasting and reporting regularly into leadership and finance.
  • Leverage opportunities for growth and account expansion within the current portfolio
  • Partnering with Marketing to deliver both outreach and nurture activities to support your channel targets; including leveraging our incredible brand partnerships, and maximising the marketing opportunities related to the client projects you will deliver.
  • Building your LinkedIn community with relevant target customers and posting regularly to increase brand awareness and inbound leads.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
