Hospitality Service Expert - F&B

Hospitality Service Expert – Food & Beverage (and beyond)

We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, loves connecting with people, and takes pride in creating moments that matter—whether that’s serving breakfast, supporting the bar, or stepping into other areas of the hotel when needed.

If you’re someone who enjoys being part of something bigger than just one role, this could be exactly what you’re looking for.

What You’ll Be Part Of

Our hotel is a place where guests come to relax, recharge and feel looked after—and every interaction matters.

As a Hospitality Service Expert, you’ll bring energy, warmth and flexibility to your role. You’ll be part of the food and beverage team, but with the opportunity to support across the hotel, helping wherever needed to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

You won’t just do a job—you’ll help create a feeling.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering friendly, attentive service across our food and beverage outlets
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels valued
  • Supporting different areas of the hotel when needed, showing flexibility and teamwork
  • Helping to maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service
  • Building genuine connections with guests and colleagues alike
  • Bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every shift

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
